Care workers are essential workers. If you work in home care, nursing homes, hospitals, a long-term care facility, as a community health worker or any other type of health or care job your voice deserves to be heard.

This survey aims to gather the stories and experiences of care workers around the world, covering the crucial topics of safe staffing ratios, freedom from violence and harassment, formal employment, and union representation.

This survey is conducted by UNI Global Union in collaboration with Jarrow Insights. It is completely anonymous. We take your privacy seriously and will process your answers according to our privacy policies.
