Workers in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector perform a variety of crucial tasks to support business and their customers: customer service agents help customers resolve complex issues, content moderators keep the internet safe and usable for everyone, and data labelers use their human insight to train the automated systems that people and businesses rely on every day.

Too often, this work is underappreciated and unseen. This survey aims to gather the voices of customer service agents, content moderators, and data labelers, in order to improve working conditions in the BPO sector.
